MEREDITH IS MORE THAN “JUST” ANOTHER AGENT.

We immediately felt a genuine sense of trust when we first met Meredith at one of her listing. What stroked us initially was how realistically she was depicting the area and the unit she was showing. At no point we felt like we were pushed, or told a “distorted story”. We decided to keep Meredith as our agent after the first meeting. Being new in San Francisco, coming from the east coast, we needed someone who knew the area very well, understood value, and could spend enough time to really guide us through a very dynamic market at the time. Meredith understood quickly what we liked, and we had a very productive search, seeing only units that met our requirements. We narrowed it down quickly to the unit we wanted. Every thing you could wish for with a competent agent. But the story was only beginning. Meredith true dedication and professionalism really came after we even signed our initial offer on the unit. Although we love where we now live in the unit we bought, it was a very long and painful buying process. The condo complex was under construction when we signed, we were hit with almost 6 month delay on the delivery. Meredith was key in managing our expectations, in spite of the seller's lack of communication and unrealistic promises about the delivery time. What could have been a nightmare, turned out to be an annoying aggravation. We believe that the real qualities of people shine in times of challenges, Meredith really helped us during a difficult real estate transition, we are really grateful to her. In addition, having lived in the neighborhood for a long time, she has a wealth of network in all walks of life. That network turned out to be extremely valuable and productive for us since we had just moved to the area.

Meredith is more than “just” another agent, she really represented us throughout the entire process, and now we feel great about our transaction, in spite of a challenging market…

Thanks Meredith.
